Welcome to The Dog at Ludham Bridge. We serve a great range of locally sourced home-cooked meals and have a selection of locally brewed real ales to enjoy.
Ideally located for walks, boating holidays or back to basic camping (in our very own camping site). We pride ourself on our excellent service and friendly atmosphere. We can’t wait to welcome you to The Dog.

Everyone, including your pooch, is welcome at The Dog. Children will love blowing off some steam on our outdoor play area. We also have a water station and waterproof dog beds for your four-legged friends comfort, whist you enjoy a cool drink or delicious meal from our menu and the daily specials board.
With a number of indoor dining areas to choose from, and large outside seating area -much of it undercover (new this year!) – there will be a spot just right to suit the whole family. Whether you are out for the day enjoying a leisurely stroll or here for your holidays, we can’t wait to welcome you!

Classic, freshly prepared meals
We serve classic, freshly prepared meals using locally sourced ingredients. Whether you are hungry for a fish and chip dinner, or maybe a Chili Con Carne, we have something for everyone.
We pride ourselves on understanding certain dietary requirements, and whilst we may not be able to cater for every one, we have many meals which have options for gluten intolerant and Coeliac diners. Our beef burgers, curry, Chilli con Carne and veggie chilli are gluten and dairy free also.
A Children’s menu is available for little ones.
What is the perfect accompaniment to a cooked meal? A refreshing pint of ale, of course! We have a selection of feature ales on tap so there is always something new to try.

Camping on the Norfolk Broads
We are proud to boast one of the few camp sites in the area! It is available to rent March to end October and is suitable for tents, tourers and motorhomes.
Why not pay us a visit for dinner and drinks and then spend the night getting back to nature in our Back to Basics camping field? The next day you can enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of the Norfolk Broads National Park.
